★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal punto di visto tecnico nulla da dire, da quello organizzativo li ho trovati carenti: prendo appuntamento per sabato alle 8.30 per controllo possibile perdita aria condizionata, spiegando che non potevo lasciare auto. Arrivo lì e mi dicono che devo lasciare auto non potendo guardarci in quel momento. Potevo capirlo se non avessi preventivamente chiamato e spiegato problema ed esigenze, ma così mi è rimasto amaro in bocca. Per il resto hanno fatto quello che potevano (ricarica) a un prezzo modico.
From the technical point of view nothing to say, from the organizational point of view I found them lacking: I make an appointment for Saturday at 8.30 to check for possible loss of air conditioning, explaining that I could not leave the car. I arrive there and they tell me that I have to leave the car not being able to look at us at that moment. I could have understood it if I had not previously called and explained the problems and needs, but so it remained a bitter taste in my mouth. For the rest they did what they could (recharge) for a modest price.
