★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è stata una bella esperienza anche nel mio caso, se entro in un negozio di vinili dovrei aver la possibilità di guardarmeli con tutta calma ma purtroppo non è così. Meglio andare altrove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con il negozio "officina musicale 2.0" ho avuto un'esperienza assai negativa. Venditore sgarbato e incivile. Non risponde alle mail, e al telefono utilizza toni scostanti e arroganti (mi ha perfino chiuso il telefono in faccia). Assolutamente sconsigliato.
With the shop "musical workshop 2.0" I had a very negative experience. Rude and uncivil seller. He doesn't reply to emails, and on the phone he uses unfriendly and arrogant tones (he even closed the phone in my face). Absolutely not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia e maleducazione mai vista prima. Non so come faccia a campare un posto così... dove la passione e la voglia di condividere penso dovrebbe essere alla base. Poi magari ci si lamenta che la gente compra su internet.
Unkindness and rudeness never seen before. I don't know how such a place can survive ... where I think the passion and the desire to share should be the basis. Then maybe you complain that people buy on the internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niente da dire sulla competenza del titolare e su come ricordavo essere l'ospitalità quando il negozio era in Corso Italia. Oggi l'esperienza è quasi irriconoscibile; la sensazione quando entri, chiedi, ti guardi intorno è di dare fastidio. vieni trattato bene se entri sapendo già cosa vuoi acquistare, paghi e te ne vai. Il che nega la ragione stessa di entrare in un negozio di vinili perché se so cosa voglio lo compro online. Dopo aver letto le recensioni, mi sono anche tolto il dubbio "magari sono stato io a fare qualcosa di sgarbato". con tristezza non metterò più piede in questo negozio.
Nothing to say about the owner's competence and how I remembered hospitality being when the shop was in Corso Italia. Today the experience is almost unrecognizable; the feeling when you enter, ask, look around is to annoy. you are treated well if you enter already knowing what you want to buy, pay and leave. Which negates the very reason for going into a vinyl store because if I know what I want I buy it online. After reading the reviews, I also removed the doubt "maybe I did something rude". sadly I will never set foot in this shop again.
