Porto le mie autovetture presso questa officina dal 2005. Personale competente e preparato, sempre cortese. Molto molto serio anche nella puntualità della consegna della vettura. Per me oltre le 5 stelle.

I bring my cars at this workshop since 2005. Competent and prepared, always courteous. Very very seriously even in the timeliness of the delivery of the car. For me beyond 5 stars.

Aggiungo anche onesti e sempre attenti a rendere il miglior servizio al costo più moderato possibile. E’ un piacere vederli al lavoro. Trattano le macchine come un maestro liutaio approccia lo strumento musicale. Il motore esce dall’officina Mainardi sempre intonato. 10 e lode.
My whole family has always relied on the competence and professionalism of the Mainardi workshop. Very good, punctual, they are of a unique courtesy and kindness. I also add honest and always careful to make the best service at the lowest possible cost. It is a pleasure to see them at work. They treat machines like a master luthier approaches the musical instrument. The engine leaves the Mainardi workshop always in tune. 10 and praise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foreigners should look no further! I travelled from Britain to Monfalcone in my car which developed a noise at some point in the journey. Other garages turned me away, more than likely due to the hassle of speaking English to me, but Leo at Opel was extremely considerate and made an incredible amount of effort to make sure he understood me and I understood him. This involved numerous phone calls to his English speaking sister who acted as a translator and also many messages via google translate!
I asked him to look at my brakes the first time and he said that there was nothing wrong with them after analysis and didn't charge me anything. The noise continued so I took the car in again later in the week and this time asked him to look at the suspension where he identified that the spring had in fact snapped. I was leaving in two days by this point and desperately needed my car. Somehow he managed to find a replacement BMW part within two days, had it fitted, balanced and ready to go all within this time. The car drove perfectly again. These guys offer an absolutely incredible service whatever your car so do not go anywhere else!
