★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da dimenticare. Mi trovavo con le mie due figlie, molto piccole, in zona ed ho avuto un problema con l'auto. La Tiberina era l'officina più vicina e mi sono rivolto ad essa. Ci hanno fatto aspettare tre ore prima che qualcuno ci rivolgesse la parola per chiederci di cosa avevamo bisogno. Dopo una diagnosi veloce ci hanno prospettato il i tempi (tre giorni) per aggiustare il guasto. Ho girato con un'auto in affitto che mi costata oltre 300€ per girare, ho pagato alla Tiberina oltre 400€ per il disturbo e dopo soli 800 km si è riproposto il problema che mi dicevano essere stato risolto. Personale decisamente poco professionale.
Experience to forget. I was with my two very young daughters in the area and I had a problem with the car. La Tiberina was the closest workshop and I turned to it. They made us wait three hours before someone spoke to us to ask what we needed. After a quick diagnosis, they gave us the time (three days) to fix the fault. I drove around with a rented car that cost me over € 300 to get around, I paid the Tiberina over € 400 for the trouble and after only 800 km the problem they told me had been solved came up again. Definitely unprofessional staff.
