Solo dopo aver effettuato segnalazione al servizio clienti hanno provveduto a riparare l'auto. Abitano sopra l'officina ma non ti vengono incontro per visionare o ritirare l'auto di sabato. Ti insultano al telefono perché vuoi avere informazioni sulla tua auto. Non ti informano per tempo se l'auto sostitutiva è stata rinnovata. They live above the workshop but they do not come to meet you to view or collect the car on Saturday. They insult you on the phone because you want information about your car.
