★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho rotto la coppa dell'olio, nelle vicinanze di questa officina. Per aiutarmi a ripartire hanno sospeso la lavorazione di una loro vettura e mi hanno messo in funzione l'autovettura in poche ore, eseguendo un intervento di emergenza ma ben fatto.
Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto della cartesia, professionalità e dall'importo che mi hanno richiesto per la riparazione

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero in Molise per vacanza e ho avuto un problema di carrozzeria la cui soluzione non poteva essere rimandata al mio rientro a Milano dato che non si chiudeva la portiera del lato guida. Inoltre, avendo un'auto in leasing, v'era da attivare tutta la procedura di autorizzazione alla riparazione del mezzo, cosa che a volte richiede qualche giorno. Infine c'era la necessità di avere un auto sostitutiva, da ritirare contestualmente alla consegna della mia. Ebbene, ho trovata in Nicoletta (Front Office) la massima disponibilità ed efficienza nel venire incontro ai miei problemi: in 9 giorni ho riavuto la mia macchina indietro, prima le mie vacanze finissero, ovviamente riparata in maniera esemplare.
Ringrazio e mi complimento per la professionalità, raramente incontrata altrove, lo staff dell'Officina e in particolar modo la già citata Nicoletta,

Ho portato la mia autovettura da loro per 7 anni e hanno sempre risolto ogni problema. Le riparazioni sono sempre state affidabili e durature. L'officina è pulitissima e ordinata, segno di mentalità ordinata e lineare. Cambiando residenza purtroppo ho dovuto cambiare anche meccanico. Spero di trovare la stessa serietà anche fuori.

Ho montato i sensori di parcheggio prima dice 250 che può variare di poco "10 euro più 10 euro meno" in base alle difficoltà, poi si tiene la macchina quasi 5 giorni anziché 2 perché tutti i problemi li ha avuti lui e alla fine mi costa 290 senza dirmi prima il prezzo del pezzo che ha dovuto mettere in più "l'interruttore", che tra l'altro la posizione dove metterlo l'ha scelta lui senza chiedere nemmeno una mia opinione su una macchina di 20mila euro con nemmeno mille km.
