Allora per quanto riguarda la sicurezza e la salute sul lavoro sei sicuramente un preposto, un dirigente o addirittura il datore di lavoro per il personale da te dipendente. In caso di infortunio ti troverai nella condizione di difenderti e magari l'avvocato dell'infortunato proverà ad addossarti tutte le responsabilità, ignorando o facendo finta di ignorare che esistono leggi speciali che disciplinano l'antinfortunistica nel settore militare e per le forze di polizia, in particolare durante le operazioni e le esercitazioni. Proveranno a dire che il tuo dipendente non aveva i DPI (in effetti elmetto, giubbotto antiproiettile, casco da pilota o antisommossa, maschera NBCR, guanti da volo, maschere antischeggia, ecc. non sono DPI) ignorando che la legge speciale (TUOM) prevede in esercitazioni ed operazioni l'uso di attrezzature (non dispositivi) di protezione individuale specifici. Insomma, la materia è complessa e per difenderti hai bisogno di uno studio con professionisti organizzati, gentili, puntuali, disponibili ma, soprattutto in questo caso, COMPETENTI in materia! L'avvocato Giovanni BARTOLETTI mi ha "salvata" facendo decadere tutte le responsabilità ingiustamente addossatemi. Pertanto, se volete COMPETENZA, correte senza indugio dallo studio legale OFFICINA LEX... sono i migliori e in certi casi ti serve il TOP !!!
