Sempre disponibili e pronti a risolvere il problema. sono stati disponibili a risolvere il problema e non aver abbandonato il cliente appoggiandosi a varie scuse che tanti altri commercianti fanno per togliersi le responsabilità. E' molto bello constatare come un negozio fisico, che comunque vende anche online, mantenga dei prezzi competitivi ed abbia (cosa più unica che rara), l'indicazione della disponibilità dei prodotti aggiornata in tempo reale. Altra rarità di questi tempi è trovare un negozio che risponde al telefono indicato sul sito, con cortesia e disponibilità...che da informazioni precise e che sembra davvero tenerci a fare una buona impressione. Faccio i complimenti a tutto il personale e a Dario in particolare con il quale ho avuto il piacere di parlare e che in modo del tutto inaspettato, mi ha fatto trovare nel pacco che conteneva il mio acquisto, un graditissimo omaggio! Comunque , ho provveduto a comunicare agli enti preposti l’accaduto , con la speranza che si inizi a capire che certe questioni devono essere risolte. Mi spiace , ma non hanno nemmeno trovato una soluzione alternativa .
