Der offizielle Ducati Händler vor Ort wollte nicht helfen. Aussage Werksferien bei Ducati und es gibt keine Ersatzteile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto in panne per un problema alla frizione. Non sono della zona e non sapevo a chi rivolgermi.
Ho chiamato tutte le assistenze ufficiali Ducati e mi hanno detto che il 10 agosto non avrebbero nemmeno potuto dare un primo sguardo alla moto.
Alcuni angeli mi hanno indirizzato da questa officina e ho trovato subito professionalità e disponibilità anche se avevano l’officina piena di altre moto da controllare.
Il titolare si è subito dedicato alla mia moto riscontrando il problema e lo ha risolto nel tempo dovuto.
Grazie al suo intervento, mi ha consentito di proseguire la vacanza in moto che da tempo avevo programmato e sognato.

I was stranded with a clutch problem. I'm not from the area and I didn't know who to contact.
I called all the Ducati official assistance and they told me that on 10 August they wouldn't even be able to take a first look at the bike.
Some angels referred me to this workshop and I immediately found professionalism and availability even though they had a workshop full of other bikes to check.
The owner immediately dedicated himself to my bike, encountering the problem and solved it in due time.
Thanks to his intervention, he allowed me to continue the motorcycle holiday that I had been planning and dreaming about for some time.
