After a morning of waiting they tell me they have solved the problem with my car in 5 minutes and without even really solved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La scortesia più totale, davvero non ho mai visto un rivenditore così pessimo...sia a livello etico sia a livello pratico.
Ho comprato un auto nuova da questo rivenditore (e già allora mi hanno fatto passare le pene dell'inferno), ora a distanza di 3 anni mi ritrovo a dover far riparare un guasto elettrico, dopo 3 giorni mi si viene a dire che non sono in grado di riparare il danno e che non hanno un elettrauto staffato in officina!!! RIDICOLI
The most total discourtesy, I have never really seen such a bad dealer ... both ethically and practically.
I bought a new car from this dealer (and even then they made me suffer the pains of hell), now after 3 years I find myself having to repair an electrical fault, after 3 days I am told that I am not unable to repair the damage and who do not have an electrician trained in the workshop !!! RIDICULOUS
