★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato extentions ciglia,pur premurandomi dettagliatamente di chiedere come veniva effettuato il trattamento non mi sono state date tutte le informazioni e non e' stata mantenuta la parola riguardo a chi doveva applicarmele .
Ho notato troppa supponenza in particolare dalka titolare che e' una pessima pubblicita' soprattutto con un nuovo cliente.
L applicazione delle ciglia e' pessima
E' come se mi fossi messa dell attack
Le ciglia sono durissime e disordinatamente inserite,
A 15 giorni di distanza un occhio non ha piu nulla ...quindi ho provato ad ammorbidire con olio ( come indicatomi dall operatrice) le ciglia dell occhio ancora pieno di ciglia per poterle togliere..sta di fatto
Che mi si sono staccate le mie...spero non mi rimangano dei buchi,le miei ciglia erano belle ma ovviamente per l estate volevo avere un effetto "mascara fisso",l extention e' un trattamento che faccio ma a questo basso livello non mi e' mai capitato.
Tengo a sottolineare che la cosa peggiore che mi e' capitata,
E' quando mi hanno detto che mi applicavano del primer pre trattamento.
Mi sono stati innondati gli occhi ,non esagero ,di un liquindo che dall'odore mi ha ricordato tantissimo l acetone per unghie..mi auguro vivamente che non sia nulla di simile ma soprattutto la cliente va avvisata perche gli occhi sono una zona delicatissima.
Ho votato 2 stelle perche' nonostante questa esperienza nefativa il negozio l' ho trovato piacevole arioso e molto pulito.

15 days later one eye has nothing left ... so I tried to soften with oil (as indicated by the operator) the eyelashes of the eye still full of eyelashes to be able to remove them ..
That mine has come off ... I hope I don't have any holes left, my lashes were beautiful but obviously for the summer I wanted to have a "fixed mascara" effect, the extension is a treatment I do but at this low level I don't this has never happened to me.
I want to emphasize that the worst thing that happened to me,
That's when they told me they were applying pre-treatment primer.
My eyes were flooded, I am not exaggerating, with a liquid that from the smell reminded me a lot of acetone for nails .. I sincerely hope that it is nothing similar but above all the customer should be warned because the eyes are a very delicate area.
I rated it 2 stars because despite this nefarious experience I found the shop pleasant, airy and very clean.

Mia madre è molto soddisfatta del trattamento. Personale altamente qualificato. Consigliato.

Continuo ad utilizzare l'Officina della Bellezza semplicemente perchè ogni volta che ci vado ne esco soddisfatta.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, i servizi offerti sono molteplici, il personale è qualificato, l'ambiente è piacevole. Credo che ci siano tutti gli ingredienti per poterlo consigliare senza indugi.
I have known Manuela for quite a few years and I met her professionalism, passion and seriousness in her work.
I continue to use the Beauty Workshop simply because every time I go there I come out satisfied.
The value for money is great, the services offered are varied, the staff is qualified, the environment is pleasant. I believe there are all the ingredients to be able to recommend it without delay.

I trattamenti vengono eseguiti con precisione e cura anche nei minimi dettagli, che fanno sempre la differenza!!!. Si vede che c'è passione nel lavoro che fa e il risultato e' sempre ottimo. Sono stata da lei due settimane fa e volevo aspettare per vedere se le ciglia tenessero per fare la recensione e devo dire che non sono rimasta delusa, le ciglia tengono ancora e sono bellissime come lei me le ha lasciate ?. Torno sicuramente.
I did the One to one lashes and I must say that the result was fantastic! I would recommend it to everyone! Manuela very good and smart, really professional. I went to her two weeks ago and I wanted to wait to see if the lashes held to do the review and I must say I was not disappointed, the lashes still hold and are as beautiful as she left them to me ?. I'll definitely be back.
