La loro esperienza e continua ricerca di prodotti eno gastronomici, fanno di questa vineria un'istituzione della città di Trani. La location, considerando i suoi svariati anni di servizio lascia comprendere quanto questi due giovani ragazzi fossero avanti. E lo sono tutt'ora. Provate la selezione di vini, naturali e biodinamici. Formaggi e salumi di piccoli produttori carni e pesce preparate con fantasia. I prodotti che l'Officina del vino offre non sono mai banali, tutto ha un senso come senso ce l'ha l'atmosfera distesa di cui si anima il locale. Here you win easy. The two owners Gigi and Samanta opened this winery when the wineries were probably still a peasant concept. Their experience and continuous search for wine and food products, make this winery an institution of the city of Trani. Ci è stato servito un crudo salatissimo, avrei apprezzato che mi venisse detto che era un nazionale, aggiungo misto di affettati idem salatissimi. Chieste 2 tartare di carne, arrivate al tavolo, con il tartufo, in realtà il menù non lo abbiamo neanche letto, abbiamo chiesto al cameriere solo 2 tartare, se c era il tartufo sarebbe stato giusto che qualcuno ce lo dicesse. Sformato di mille foglie, con formaggi salumi e tonno, ci è arrivato il pane casereccio a 3 strati. Ora, sarebbe il caso che vi prendeste riscontro sui salumi che servite e di certo nn è un crudo da vendere a 140€ al kg. Il cameriere va formato meglio, in quanto ignaro di ciò che ci ha servito, anzi totalmente scollegato. Mai più. Buona serata. Bad review. Cordialità ed ospitalità fanno da cornice ad una cucina a dir poco sopra ogni aspettativa. Pulita, senza fronzoli, genuina e soprattutto molto buona. Senza parlare della carta dei vini, una selezione mastodontica, con l'eccellenza della produzione regionale e una vastissima scelta di etichette, italiane e non. Disponibilità e cortesia dello chef hanno accompagnato la nostra cena. La qualità del cibo, la preparazione, gli accostamenti e la presentazione ci hanno trasmesso un'esplosione gastronomica davvero piacevole. "Un mercoledì da leoni". Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.
