A causa di uno sciopero del corriere c'è stato il ritardo di un giorno, ma durante tutto il tempo della spedizione il sig. Gabriele mi ha costantemente aggiornato e telefonato direttamente al corriere per sincerarsi della corretta consegna. In questo frangente ho apprezzato moltissimo la sua professionalità. Aveva già incassato e consegnato al corriere. Non penso che tutti si sarebbero interfacciati una volta al giorno con lo stesso corriere per aggiornarmi.
MI sento di consigliarlo a pieni voti!

Due to a strike of the courier there was a delay of one day, but during the whole time of the shipment Mr. Gabriele has constantly updated me and phoned the courier directly to make sure of the correct delivery. At this juncture, I greatly appreciated his professionalism. He had already cashed in and delivered to the courier. I don't think everyone would have interfaced once a day with the same courier to update me.
I can recommend it with flying colors!

Mi hanno promesso che mi avrebbero riparato il giradischi che ho portato e ogni 2 settimane mi dicevano torna fra 2 settimane. Atteggiamento, ritengo, poco corretto e poco professionale. Chi risponde al telefono risulta anche molto menefreghista nel fornire supporto e assistenza al cliente!! Grazie per avermi fatto spendere tempo e benzina inutilmente <3
Risposta al gestore: Carissimo, grazie per la sua risposta: il Covid non è la causa della vostra mancanza (ci mancherebbe altro) e mi scusi ma è molto poco maturo da parte sua sviare su un altro discorso. Il giradischi in questione è stato bloccato 1 mese non 2 settimane. (Customer Service significa che qualora ci siano dei ritardi provvediate VOI ad avvisare il cliente che non deve essere lasciato nell'oblio di una non risposta). Mi spiega poi come mai alla mia ultima chiamata il vostro tecnico da positivo si sia magicamente negativizzato in 1 giornata (miracolo scientifico) e pronto per riparare? Magari siete anche bravi nel vostro lavoro questo non l'ho mai messo in dubbio ma una cosa è sicura: il cliente lo trattate poco e niente prendendolo peraltro in giro e ciò non vi fa per niente onore!! Buon Lavoro
I guess they are definitely competent in the repair. I, on the other hand, have been completely mocked, prolonged, for about 1 month. They promised me they would fix the turntable I brought and every 2 weeks they told me come back in 2 weeks. Attitude, I believe, is not correct and unprofessional. Whoever answers the phone is also very indifferent in providing customer support and assistance !! Thanks for letting me waste time and gasoline unnecessarily <3
Response to the manager: Dearest, thank you for your response: Covid is not the cause of your absence (God forbid) and excuse me but it is very unripe for you to divert to another matter. The turntable in question was blocked 1 month not 2 weeks. (Customer Service means that if there are any delays, YOU will advise the customer that he must not be left in the oblivion of a non-response). He then explains to me why on my last call your technician as a positive magically became negativized in 1 day (scientific miracle) and ready to repair? Maybe you are also good at your job I have never doubted this but one thing is sure: you treat the customer little and nothing by making fun of him and this does you no honor at all! Good job
