Ma eccessivamente cara, come già recensito da altri la schiacciata fatta pagare come fosse carne. mi ci son servito durante il corso alla scuola di turismo in via solferino, ma mai piu'. Causa prezzo eccessivo dei prodotti gli do solo due stelle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non metto in dubbio la bontà del pane, ma le modalità di vendita, i prezzi evidentemente cari e non esposti, lasciano qualche perplessità. Ho comprato due schiacciatine basse tonde e le ho pagate ben 2,80 euro. Lanciate sulla bilancia e tirate subito via, non ho potuto vedere nemmeno il peso. Ma stiamo certamente sotto i 200 gr. Ergo, le dovrei aver pagate 14 euro al kg. Siamo al paradosso che il pane vale più del companatico. Sarà...!! Non consigliato.
I do not question the goodness of the bread, but the methods of sale, the obviously expensive and not exposed prices, leave some perplexity. I bought two flat round flat cakes and paid a good 2.80 euros for them. Throw on the scale and immediately pull away, I couldn't even see the weight. But we are certainly under 200 gr. Ergo, I should have paid 14 euros per kg for them. We are at the paradox that bread is worth more than a side dish. Sara...!! Not recommended.

Direi un po caro... a suo vantaggio gioca la comodità essendo davanti al porto

Nelle mani di altri Dopo molti anni ritorno oltre alla delusione in termini di qualità prezzi veramente fuori dal normale!!!!!
Un pezzettino di schiacciata con una fetta di cotto e una misera fetta di fontina dove in un bar che prende da terzi la paghi 2,50 al massimo.... qua oltre ad essere vuota e di produzione propria ho dovuto pagare 4 euro!!!! Inizia molto bene la giornata!?
Dal prosciutto per intenderci mezzo panino strapieno e farcito lo paghi 3,50 per intenderci.
Non mi ci vedrete mai più!!!!!!!
e se prendete la crostata portatevi il bancomat venduta al prezzo dell' oro!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un piccolo negozio affacciato sul FOSSO REALE di fronte alla fortezza nuova. Ne sono venuto a conoscenza per puro caso, avendo assaggiato la loro colomba artigianale, che ho trovato veramente eccellente, mi sono incuriosito ed ho cercato l'indirizzo.
I prodotti sono tutti davvero squisiti.
Ho provato un castagnaccio farcito con frutta secca, dei cenci ricoperti al cioccolato (i CENCI livornesi sarebbero le FRAPPE romane oppure le CHIACCHIERE milanesi) poi delle ottime frittelle di riso e per finire i brutti ma buoni, stuzzichini salati proposti in diverse varianti che io ho preso alle noci.
Un locale che mi ha davvero sorpreso e che con la cortesia del servizio ed i prezzi decisamente onesti ne fa una struttura da tenere presente.
Ne consiglio vivamente la frequentazione.

It is a small shop overlooking the ROYAL FOSSO in front of the new fortress. I learned about it by chance, having tasted their artisan colomba, which I found really excellent, I got curious and looked for the address.
The products are all truly exquisite.
I tried a castagnaccio stuffed with dried fruit, some rags covered with chocolate (the CENCI livornesi would be the Roman FRAPPE or the Milanese CHIACCHIERE) then some excellent rice fritters and finally the ugly but good, savory snacks proposed in different variations that I have taken with walnuts.
A place that really surprised me and that with the courtesy of the service and the decidedly honest prices makes it a structure to keep in mind.
I highly recommend attending it.
