Tecnicamente impeccabile, bravo Fabio ed il suo staff che sposa in pieno la sua filosofia e idea di cucina, quello che fa la differenza è l'amore per il mare e saper trovare, recepire ed avere in casa una materia prima così e poi saperla lavorare, senza trasformarla!
