 Professionalism at the service of the customer with trained staff and with Mr. Danilo always ready to explain in the smallest details the work that is carried out and to recommend useful variations to have an always efficient car; In addition, the office and the availability of the secretaries offer a highly professional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sostituzione alternatore VW Touran anno 2012 con altro non originale (marca Valeo), totale Euro 659,42. Addebitate ben 4 (quattro) ore di manodopera (purtroppo per quest'ultima non avevo chiesto preventivo, a differenza del ricambio) di cui:
1 ORA "smontaggio accessori per accedere allo stacco"
1 ORA "sostituzione alternatore, controllo cavi elettrici"
1 ORA "ricarica batteria, rimontaggio e prova"
1 ORA "mano d'opera" (non indicato di quale ULTERIORE manodopera si tratti).
Riferite perplessità sul totale all'atto del pagamento, direi confermate alquanto, dopo lettura dei dettagli su fattura.
29 maggio. Carissimo sig. Danilo, vedo che non ammette l'eccessiva onerosità del lavoro che ha compiuto, nonostante Le avessi riferito che il preventivo rilasciato da un'officina di ottima reputazione nello stesso giorno e, purtroppo, chiusa il sabato mattina, presentava un costo dell'identico ricambio di 350 euro (invece di 427) e di due ore circa di manodopera (invece di quattro) per un totale di 530 euro iva compresa (ricordavo bene) invece di 659 euro.
Evidentemente i Suoi standard sono, invece, esattamente questi e ne prendo atto: costo ricambio 427 euro (già decurtato di "sconto fratello" pari a ben il 15%) e QUATTRO ore di manodopera per la sostituzione di un alternatore con motore già freddo.
Si accontenti, dunque, di aver operato secondo i Suoi canoni. La soddisfazione del Cliente è altra cosa.
Replacement VW Touran alternator year 2012 with other non-original (Valeo brand), total Euro 659.42. Charged 4 (four) hours of labor (unfortunately I had not asked for a quote for the latter, unlike the spare part) of which:
1 HOUR "disassembly of accessories to access the detachment"
1 HOUR "alternator replacement, electric cable check"
1 HOUR "battery recharge, reassembly and test"
1 HOUR "manpower" (not indicated which FURTHER manpower it is).
Report doubts about the total at the time of payment, I would say somewhat confirmed, after reading the details on the invoice.

Dear Mr. Danilo, I see that you do not admit the excessive onerousness of the work you have done, although I had told you that the estimate issued by a highly reputable workshop on the same day and, unfortunately, closed on Saturday morning, presented a cost of the same replacement. 350 euros (instead of 427) and about two hours of labor (instead of four) for a total of 530 euros including VAT (I remembered well) instead of 659 euros.
Evidently your standards are, however, exactly these and I take note of it: replacement cost 427 euros (already reduced by a "brother discount" equal to 15%) and FOUR hours of labor for the replacement of an alternator with an already cold engine.
Therefore, be satisfied with having worked according to your canons. Customer satisfaction is something else.
