★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che ho ben 18 automezzi quindi di officine ne vedo..Questa in assoluto la migliore! Veloci, cordiali, disponibili e competenti, sia in officina che in ufficio. Prezzi onestissimi.Chi non trova ottimo il loro servizio forse non ne ha mai viste altre di officine.Io la consiglio a chi ne capisce o è consapevole dei costi dei ricambi o che per lo meno si fida del prossimo.A chi non va mai bene niente consiglio di andare da un altra parte.Questi specialisti spettacolari non si meritano clienti rognosi.

Who does not find their service very good, perhaps he has never seen others of workshops. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, pessimi, pessimi, non ci andate! Dei ladri, ti dicono ciò che vogliono credendo tu non ne sappia nulla e poi ti raddoppiano il prezzo, facendoti un lavoro di scarsissima qualità. L'ultima? Avevo portato la mia macchina per un controllo alla frizione che staccava alta e dava qualche segno di cedimento, il meccanico? Mi fa capire di tenermela così com'è visto il modello vecchio, peccato che mi avessero messo loro una frizione NUOVA 9 mesi prima!!!

Had I brought my car for a check on the clutch that was pulling off high and showing some signs of slowing down, the mechanic? It makes me understand to keep it as it is seen the old model, too bad they had put me a NEW clutch 9 months before !!!

Io volevo cambiarle le ruote il giorno stesso..avevo fatto un preventivo da voi...ma poi mi viene detto che ce la parabola del farò che sta per cadere e si deve riparare.
Tutto questo mi è successo perché prima di iniziare la revisione mi viene messo sul sedile della mia auto un ionizzatore all'ozono "per sterilizzare l'auto da eventuale covid 19".
Dopo che era stato poggiato per terra e lo fatto notare a chi mi stava revisionando l'auto.
Bad workshop are nitpicking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCONSIGLIATO, ti vogliono far cambiare tutto anche va tutto bene, approfittatori.
Si ho aspettato 3 mesi a scriverla, proprio perché valevo delle conferme:
1) Mi avete detto che la batteria ha problemi e va sostituita: non ne aveva mai avuti ed infatti non me ne ha MAI dati.
2) Mi avete detto di cambiare i freni e che ci avrei fatto 500 km al massimo.. ne ho fatti già 3'000 e ieri il meccanico mi ha detto: "per altri 5'000 sei a posto."
3) al telefono mi avete detto che sarà 280 euro, non avete aggiunto niente rispetto al servizio base.. 380 euro..
Ripeto: siete degli approfittatori.
NOT RECOMMENDED, they want you to change everything even everything is fine, profiteers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo portato la macchina per cambiare alternatore...ha deciso lui per mettere uno ricondizionato senza avvisarmi...lavoro fatto male il bullone sopra montato..dopo 2000km mi dice ca lui non cambia niente perché c'era scaduta la garanzia...non aveva niente anche un anno da quando c'era messa alternatore...batteria consumata la metta...anche questa con 7 messi da quando c'era cambiata. Non sono le persone affidabile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a riparare la mia autovettura. In poco tempo ti guardano l'auto, ti dicono cosa c'è da fare (un semiasse rotto nel mio caso), ti fanno il preventivo. Ti riparano l'auto e paghi in contanti o bancomat alla segretaria. Ho pagato esattamente quanto preventivato, compreso di manodopera. Io li trovo onesti. Da non sottovalutare il rapporto cordiale con il meccanico e la segreteria. Non è la prima volta che mi rivolgo a questa officina e continuo a trovarmi bene. Ci vado anche per la revisione. Come avete capito sono un loro cliente e...ne sono contento.

I also go there for the review. As you understand, I'm a customer of theirs and ... I'm happy with it.
