D	Daan Bodt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als toerist in Italië raad ik deze garage ten strengste af! Vanwege autopech zijn wij naar deze (bij de ANWB aangesloten) garage afgesleept. Van een garage die aangesloten is bij de ANWB mag je mijns inziens een betrouwbare partij verwachten. Deze garage is van alles, behalve betrouwbaar! Vooraf via een Italiaans sprekende ANWB medewerker met de garage eigenaar een maximaal bedrag voor de reparatiekosten afgesproken. Bij ophalen van de auto lijkt deze zelfde eigenaar spontaan met Alzheimer getroffen te zijn. Kosten vallen, zonder contact hierover met ons opgenomen te hebben, veel hoger uit dan afgesproken! Uiteraard weigerden wij hiervoor te betalen, met tot gevolg dat hij in het Italiaans tegen ons begon te schreeuwen, de autosleutel verborgen hield en doodleuk verder ging met zijn werkzaamheden totdat wij zouden betalen. Daarnaast heeft deze garage voorzichtigheid niet in hun woordenboek staan. Vooraf hadden wij al onze twijfels gezien hoe ruig ze met andere auto's omgingen en de krappe ruimte op het terrein. Helaas heeft onze auto dus ook nog eens schade aan de bestuurdersdeur opgelopen. Wederom deed de eigenaar of hij van niets wist... Een belletje met de ANWB, die ons gelijk gaf, heeft ervoor gezorgd dat wij het extra bedrag vergoed krijgen. Hierop hebben wij het volledige bedrag betaald en konden wij vertrekken. De schade kunnen wij helaas niet bewijzen. Tip: maak vooraf goede foto's van alle zijdes! Extra tip: ga met een grote boog om deze garage! As a tourist in Italy I strongly advise against this garage! Due to car trouble, we were towed to this garage (affiliated with the ANWB). In my opinion, you can expect a reliable party from a garage that is affiliated with the ANWB. This garage is anything but reliable! A maximum amount for the repair costs has been agreed in advance with the garage owner via an Italian-speaking ANWB employee. When the car was picked up, this same owner seems to have spontaneously suffered from Alzheimer's. Without contacting us, costs are much higher than agreed! Of course we refused to pay for this, with the result that he started yelling at us in Italian, hid the car key and went on with his work until we would pay. In addition, this garage does not have caution in their dictionary. Beforehand we had already had our doubts about how rough they handled other cars and the tight space on the site. Unfortunately, our car also sustained damage to the driver's door. Again the owner pretended he didn't know anything... A call with the ANWB, which agreed with us, ensured that we were reimbursed the extra amount. We paid the full amount on this and we could leave. Unfortunately we cannot prove the damage. Tip: take good photos of all sides beforehand! Extra tip: go with a wide arc around this garage!
I	Inge Hinrichs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selten so eine gute und faire Werkstatt erlebt. Mussten in Italien nach Reifenplatzer am Wohnmobil in die Werkstatt. Wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit Reifen bestellt und montiert. Ein Loch in der Bodenplatte notdürftig repariert. Freundliche, motivierte Mitarbeiter. Ein Dankeschön an so eine Werkstatt. Rarely experienced such a good and fair workshop. Had to go to the workshop in Italy after a tire burst on the motorhome. Tires were ordered and fitted within a very short time. A hole in the base plate was provisionally repaired. Friendly, motivated employees. Thank you to such a workshop.

Nulla da dire sul costo dei pezzi di ricambio, ma il costo della manodopera di 146,40 euro + Iva mi lasciano perplesso così come i 45 euro + Iva per la diagnosi. Un lavoro complessivo che non credo superi l'ora. A sostegno di quanto sto esponendo il parere del mio meccanico di fiducia e il fatto che lo stesso lavoro l'avevo già effettuato in passato pagando per la manodopera 28 euro + iva e 15 euro per la diagnosi, una bella differenza. Ho chiesto spiegazioni pensando ci fosse stato un errore ma mi è stato detto che la spesa è corretta. A questo punto mi chiedo come mai questa differenza. Le risposte sono due: o sono poco onesti con prezzi veramente fuori di testa o hanno poca competenza, facendo diventare un lavoro da poco un lavoro di più ore. M	Michal Pucik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to admit, that they did the job and car works. But at what price? They forced us to take stuff that we didn't need (new battery in our case). They estimate for the repair was 350eur, we end up paying 630eur + 280eur. Avoid them if you have a chance to.
D	Dominik4733 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced, but as a tourist who needs to go home as quick as possible I was pushed to accept it. Water pump and distribution costs me 950€. Skoda Octavia III 1,6tdi. If you’re tourist and have emergency better go somewhere else. After repair, everything works, but car have few more scratches and costs me twice as normal.

Without any deep examination he declared he has to change the whole engine for 7000€ and 2months work! Our car is now back to our garage in France and guess what? It only request to change a seal for c. 600€! AVOID this garage
