★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo usufruito ad agosto del servizio di questa officina per un problema al freno di stazionamento, dopo quattro mesi il problema si ripresenta tale e quale e ci viene richiesto lo stesso medesimo pagamento. Sorge il dubbio che il problema non sia stato risolto correttamente.
We used the service of this workshop in August for a problem with the parking brake, after four months the problem returns as it is and we are asked for the same payment. The question arises that the problem has not been solved correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tralasciando che non rispondono MAI al telefono e che ormai hanno conquistato la Sicilia sia come Mercedes che svariati altri marchi pertanto nemmeno in altra provincia è possibile recarsi e questo non mi pare corretto, ma recarsi a fare un tagliando ed aspettare più di 50 minuti fuori in attesa spostando la vettura 12 volte dato che fissano appuntamenti senza nemmeno capire se c’è lo spazio, ma anche il minimo “accessorio” servizio di lavaggio dopo il costo pagato per il service lascia veramente delusi.
Aside from the fact that they NEVER answer the phone and that by now they have conquered Sicily both as Mercedes and various other brands, therefore it is not possible to go to another province and this does not seem correct to me, but to go for a coupon and wait more than 50 minutes outside in waiting by moving the car 12 times since they make appointments without even knowing if there is space, but even the slightest “accessory” washing service after the cost paid for the service leaves us really disappointed.

The car got diagnosed right away and then we agreed on terms what to fix and in what timeframe. Everything was repaired as we agreed and in time. Would very much like to thank Valerio for his help, very professional guy and also english speaking. Great service!
