Accolti con professionalità e gentilezza, purtroppo hanno un servizio scadente. 10 gg di telefonate senza mai essere richiamati dal tecnico per fissare il sopralluogo. al "la faccio richiamare subito"...il nulla. Dopo un ennesima telefonata, siamo stati finalmente richiamati ma con rimando ulteriore per calendarizzare l'incontro e ovviamente...mancato di parola anche questa volta...più sentito. Tale comportamento ha provocato ritardi con altre maestranze (pavimentisti e geometri) per definire il progetto. Fermo restando il sentirsi trattati a pesci in faccia da un azienda che offre notoriamente prodotti di alto livello e prezzo, il disservizio è inaccettabile, perchè riperpetuato. Figuriamoci ipotizzando una fornitura in corso! Lo sconsiglio.
Bad experience! Welcomed with professionalism and kindness, unfortunately they have poor service. 10 days of phone calls without ever being called back by the technician to schedule the inspection. to "I'll call you back" ... nothing. After yet another phone call, we were finally called back but with further reference to schedule the meeting and of course ... no word again this time ... more heartfelt. This behavior caused delays with other workers (flooring and surveyors) to define the project. Notwithstanding the feeling of being treated like a fish in the face by a company that offers products of a high level and price, the disservice is unacceptable, because it is repeated. Let alone assuming a supply in progress! I do not recommend it.
