★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 2 luglio ho comprato un paio di scarpe dell'autre chose. Alcuni giorni dopo mi sono accorta che il cinturino della scarpa sinistra era piu' corto di quella destra, rendendo impossibile indossarle. Sono tornata ben 3 ulteriori volte e, al netto di come sono stata trattata, in sostanza non mi è stata data alcuna utile soluzione, se non quella di fare un foro ad un cinturino che non è lungo a sufficienza. Nemmeno una chiamata in azienda. L'ho fatto io per fortuna...da non metterci mai piu' piede. Il post vendita è il loro forte.
On 2 July I bought a pair of autre chose shoes. A few days later I realized that the left shoe strap was shorter than the right one, making it impossible to wear them. I went back 3 more times and, net of how I was treated, basically I was not given any useful solution, except to make a hole in a strap that is not long enough. Not even a call in the company. I luckily did it ... never to set foot in it again. Post sales is their forte.
