X andare a pagare uscendo dall'ascensore, vedendomi spaesata, un impiegato, intuendo che dovevo pagare con cassa automatica, senza che chiedessi nulla mi ha indicato la direzione. Non riuscendo a indicare la somma sul display, una voce proveniente da una stanza mi ha suggerito come fare. È la prima volta che in un ente pubblico incontro persone così gentili e ben disposte con il cittadino. Complimenti a tutti
