★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagata una prestazione con Groupon, al momento della prenotazione a coupon valido, mi si da un appuntamento senza chiedermi altro per poi dirmi al momento dell'appuntamento che il coupon nel frattempo era scaduto! Il cliente deve sapere queste informazioni e non deve invece chiederle il professionista? La professionalità è anche questa, ancor prima di erogare la prestazione e mettere le mani in bocca alle persone.
