Esco fuori che mi hanno fatto pagare delle lastre per un totale di 122 euro SENZA CHE MI AVESSERO DETTO PRIMA DELLA SPESA DELLE LASTRE... E senza il preventivo per impianti ma per altro... Chiamo per lamentarmi del fatto e la tipa al telefono scarica la responsabilità a tizio e caio... Valuto una denuncia e comunque segnalo il tutto all'Ordine dei Medici di Bologna. VERGOGNOSO!!!
In risposta al commento sulla recensione: E' evidente che la vostra risposta è fuorviante ed inesatta! Noi siamo venuti per un preventivo e per chiedere delucidazioni. PRIMA di mettere le mani in tasca alle persone, si avverte il paziente di quali sono e saranno eventuali spese... non è possibile muoversi SENZA il suo assenso. Ergo è un abuso che ho già provveduto a segnalare all'Ordine dei Medici di Bologna. Di più... la sciatteria con cui sono stato trattato al telefono meriterebbe un commento ancor peggiore di questa recensione. Mascherare queste furbizie con la professionalità è, a mio parere, penoso. Buon lavoro

Ottima anche la comunicazione: non ho mai avuto la sensazione di essere messo di fronte a scelte costose ma per me indecifrabili. Si sono guadagnati la massima fiducia.
Impeccable service. The firm counts serious and prepared professionals and makes them available, if needed, in teams. Patient well-being is paramount. Communication is also excellent: I have never had the feeling of being faced with expensive but indecipherable choices for me. They have earned the utmost trust.

Sono rimasto sorpreso innanzitutto dal clima che si respira all’interno, un ambiente veramente dinamico, tutti col sorriso stampato in faccia e la battuta pronta.
Massima serietà e professionalità durante e soprattutto dopo l’intervento assicurandosi la cura del paziente.
