★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero ipermetrope e astigmatica, mi fu detto dal dr Manetti che avrei visto benissimo. Operata a Siena il 15/09/1999 all'occhio sinistro e il 13/10/1999 all'occhio destro con laser a eccimeri (molto criticato oggi). Non ho mai visto bene, anzi la vista è peggiorata, vedevo come se avessi una goccia di acqua nell'occhio sinistro. Ho subito altre 3 operazioni laser all'occhio sinistro per evitare di vedere sfaccettature. Oggi, nel 2021, ancora ho problemi agli occhi. Mi hanno detto che gli occhi sono indeboliti, perciò ho avuto grandi problemi e ho dovuto ricorrere spesso al pronto soccorso.
Attualmente ho la vista deviata, che non riuscirò mai a correggere e peggiora ogni anno di più.
Grazie esimio professore per avermi usata come cavia, mi auguro che ciò eviti questi disagi ad altri pazienti!
 I was farsighted and astigmatic, I was told by Dr. Manetti that I would see perfectly well. Operated in Siena on 09/15/1999 on the left eye and on 10/13/1999 on the right eye with excimer laser (much criticized today). I have never seen well, on the contrary my sight has deteriorated, I saw as if I had a drop of water in my left eye. I underwent 3 more laser operations on my left eye to avoid seeing facets. Today, in 2021, I still have eye problems. They told me my eyes are weak, so I had big problems and had to go to the emergency room often.
I currently have distorted vision, which I will never be able to correct and it gets worse every year.
Thank you esteemed professor for using me as a guinea pig, I hope this avoids these inconveniences to other patients!
