Secondo me l'azienda dovrebbe meglio organizzarsi rispetto ai contatti virtuali e all 'uso di account... Mi registro mi arrivano le credenziali, mi connetto, il giorno dopo il mio account non esisteva più nessun modo per entrare e vedere lo stato della spedizione!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speso 60 euro col bonus cultura. Dopo la mail di conferma dell'ordine, ne arriva un'altra dove indicano il libro come non disponibile. Dopo qualche chiamata mi hanno dato un voucher del valore del bonus valido per altri libri sul loro sito. Ho comprato altri libri, ma comunque non sono riuscito ad avere quello che mi serviva.
Spent 60 euros with the culture bonus. After the order confirmation email, another one arrives where they indicate the book as not available. After a few calls they gave me a voucher worth the bonus valid for other books on their site. I bought other books, but still I couldn't get what I needed.
