★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direi che la mia esperienza non è mai partita già che mi sono stati chiesti 30 euro a persona (noi siamo in quattro), per fare una ricerca su un biglietto d'aereo, davvero la prima volta che mi succede una cosa del genere, incredibile, io mi domando se poi la ricerca del biglietto era approssimativa o non soddisfacente io comunque avrei perso 120 euro. Da non credere davvero.
I would say that my experience has never started since I was asked for 30 euros per person (we are four), to do a search on a plane ticket, really the first time that something like this happens to me, incredible , I wonder if then the search for the ticket was approximate or unsatisfactory, however, I would have lost 120 euros. Not to be believed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti a quest'agenzia per un viaggio che mia figlia ha fatto con mia madre: il personale è sempre stato approssimativo e impreparato. Siamo stati informati sulla necessità di avere alcuni documenti solo il giorno prima della partenza con corse in questura e lavori persi un disastro considerando che il viaggio era pagato da 4 mesi ormai.
In sintesi:andate altrove.
We turned to this agency for a trip my daughter made with my mother: the staff has always been rough and unprepared. We were informed of the need to have some documents only the day before departure with rides at the police station and jobs lost a disaster considering that the trip had been paid for 4 months now.
In summary: go elsewhere.
