L'impiegata mi ha detto che c'era stato un imprevisto. Forse pensano che chiedere il numero di telefono al cliente è una moda e non un'opportunità reciproca per avvisare di un imprevisto.
 After waiting a month, lost, to have an appointment I went to this studio at the set time and I waited two hours, in vain. The employee told me there was something unexpected. Perhaps they think that asking the customer for a telephone number is a trend and not a reciprocal opportunity to warn of an unexpected event.
