Davvero cortesi ed onesti. Negozio consigliatissimo. Very kind and competent staff, I bought eyeglasses and after some time I returned for a repair, despite it being a physical break due to my inexperience, they replaced the frame completely under warranty without further charges. Really courteous and honest. Highly recommended shop.

Economici gentili veloci Poi ho avuto due problemi importanti con un paio di occhiali e senza farmi alcun tipo di problema mi hanno risolto entrambe le volte forse anche più di quanto fosse in loro dovere. Grazie mille tornerò e lo consiglieró. La differenza oggigiorno la fa il servizio post vendita At first I liked the value for money. Cheap kind fast Then I had two major problems with a pair of glasses and without causing me any kind of problem they solved me both times maybe even more than was their duty. Thank you very much I will come back and recommend it. The difference nowadays is the after-sales service

Il personale (Andrea) estremamente gentile e professionale ha risolto il problema anche se poteva benissimo glissare. Insomma. Anche se devo fare 40km da casa per arrivarci, è diventato il rivenditore si famiglia. Consigliatissimo. Outstanding after sales service. There had been a misunderstanding with a pair of eyeglasses. Ci hanno fatto aspettare una trentina di minuti,altro che occhiali pronti in 30 minuti. Dopo dicché siamo usciti di codesto negozio(Premetto "Mai e poi mai ci siamo sentiti così in imbarazzo")quindi abbiamo abbandonato il negozio . Perciò sconsiglio "Occhiali in Cantiere". They made us wait about thirty minutes, other than glasses ready in 30 minutes. After saying we left this shop (I state "Never ever have we felt so embarrassed") then we left the shop. Therefore I do not recommend "Glasses in Construction". Maximum rudeness ?????????
