Very well stocked place and with staff at the information office very helpful ... apart from the cashier present on the day I went .... because a bear just awakened from hibernation is more sympathetic !!!!

Decisamente da correggere. Sarebbe un quattro stelle se si evitassero codesti comportamenti. Il locale è molto grande c'è qualsiasi cosa per la casa e fuori. La forza portante a mio avviso del negozio sono Salvo,Raffaele e Francesco che hanno un esperienza di anni in quel negozio,infatti cerco sempre loro,per farmi consigliare. Sono molto tecnici e sanno consigliare molto bene in base alle esigenze del cliente. Ho conosciuto anche il gestore Silvio,anche lui super disponibile. L unica pecca di quel negozio sono alcune cassiere......... Nel totale lo definisco un buon negozio con un vasto assortimento e promozioni. Bravi,continuate così. Al prossimo acquisto. Qualche mese fa avrei messo 1 stella, in quanto parecchie volte mi sono trovata ad acquistare lì e non ho mai ricevuto cortesia e disponibilità da parte dei dipendenti, qualche giorno fa mio padre mi ha raccontato di essersi trovato lì ad acquistare una stufa a pellet ed ha trovato un ragazzo nuovo molto gentile e disponibile a guidarlo nell'acquisto, era talmente entusiasta che ho voluto tornare anche io poiché avevo bisogno di attrezzature per il mio giardino. Fortunatamente ho trovato lo stesso venditore che mi aveva consigliato mio padre, mi pare si chiami Francesco, che con molta pazienza e cortesia mi ha aiutato ad acquistare il mio set da giardino. Bravi continuate così! I have changed my mind a lot about this shop .. A few months ago I would have put 1 star, as several times I found myself buying there and I never received courtesy and availability from the employees, a few days ago my father told me that he was there to buy a pellet stove and he found a new guy very kind and willing to guide him in the purchase, he was so enthusiastic that I wanted to come back too since I needed some equipment for my garden. Fortunately I found the same seller who recommended my father, I think his name is Francesco, who with a lot of patience and courtesy helped me to buy my garden set. Well done keep it up!
