Francesco è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile a raccontarci della sua "Oasi" e a rispondere alle mie numerose domande. La carne di struzzo è davvero leggera come molti dicono senza perdere di sapore e consistenza, consiglio sopratutto il roastbeef fenomenale! Noi abbiamo provato tutto, quasi tutto a km 0, anche fichi freschi e marmellate! Tornerò con amici perché un luogo del genere con un uomo come Francesco, che ama il suo lavoro, merita il meglio! Vi è anche un piccolo negozietto con vendita diretta dei prodotti, dal produttore al consumatore con prezzi davvero onesti ,marmellate ,ragù ,uova di struzzo, carne e altro ancora .....CONSIGLIO A CHI È INTERESSATO ALLA CARNE DI STRUZZO DI ANDARE A VISITARE Congratulations to the owner, a very kind and helpful person .. he explained with great care all the work they did which does not concern only the breeding of OSTRICHES but a cultivation of fruit and vegetables, all products then used in the restaurant always owned by them with dishes exclusively prepared with ostrich meat and products of their production. Consiglio assolutamente, da parte mia 5 stelle( meritate) e ritornerò sicuramente. If you want to eat the best ostrich meat this is the right place, at the beginning I was a little skeptical, but once I tried it I immediately changed my mind. very delicate meat, rich in proteins and easy to digest, genuine dishes at km 0.
