L interno è molto rustico con travi a vista e un gran camino.
In questi posti mangi molto e bene, la cacciagione è sicuramente fresca e di qualità.
Solitamente lavorano su menù dal prezzo medio di 25 € con antipasto, primo, secondo contorno, dolce vino acqua e caffè. Possono far arrivare anche dei dolci da note pasticcerie Livornesi per cerimonie.
Che dire di più è difficile chiedere, inoltre la cordialità di chi gestisce il posto è degna di nota.
Per finire una passeggiata sulla strada della tenuta non in tempo di caccia preferibilmente per digerire il tutto.
