Se dovessi valutare l’educazione e la gentilezza del proprietario non meriterebbe neanche una stella. Appena arrivati ho chiesto dove fosse il bagno per potermi lavare le mani e il titolare con un modo poco gentile senza neanche salutarmi ha esordito dicendo che dovevo indossare la mascherina. Sarebbe stato curioso chiedergli se andava bene indossarla come la indossava lui, ossia sotto il mento. Ai tavoli erano presenti i soliti menù cartacei sporchi e malconci, ormai banditi post Covid. Ho ordinato una margherita con zucchine grigliate. Quest’ultime erano crude! La pizza non si può definire “napoletana” perché ha ben poco anzi per essere più precisa direi che non c’entra proprio nulla. Arredamento spartano senza cura per i dettagli. Il pizzaiolo non indossava nè il cappellino e neanche la mascherina e spesso intratteneva conversazioni coi clienti seduti ai tavoli fuori dal locale. Pizza discreta ma in particolare la Masaniello non mi è piaciuta perché credevo di trovare piccoli tranci di carne di cavallo e non filamenti sottilissimi senza gusto. Per aver conosciuto la pizza napoletana, questa non ha nulla a che fare. Servizio molto discutibile con qualche posata sporca; attesa al tavolo di un'ora e mezza per ricevere la pizza e bambini furiosi perché serviti per ultimi nonostante le nostre raccomandazioni. Leggo recensioni che la spacciano come pizzeria napoletana, ma a Napoli ancora non mi risulta si faccia una pizza con il doppio concentrato al posto del pomodoro. Non si tiene alcuna fede su ciò che c'é scritto sul menù, il quale ribadiva la dicitura "pomodoro fresco". Alla mia esortazione sul prodotto in questione mi é stata replicata un'insensata risposta "poteva chiederlo se lo desiderava" come se la freschezza e la qualità di un prodotto fosse un'optional. Si può sentire e gustare che questa azienda familiare investe molto amore qui. Posto molto accogliente. 6 stelle!!! This pizzeria in the center of Ruvo di Puglia is a top address. By far the best pizza in town. The pizza chef is Neapolitan. You can feel and taste that this family business invests a lot of love here. Very cozy place. 6 stars !!!
