★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un po' incerti viste alcune recensioni negative ci siamo recati in questo ristorante ubicato nel parco Benestare di Gambassi Terme e Montaione, quindi un posto fresco nonostante la temperatura estiva. Lo stabile è datato e avrebbe bisogno di un'ammodernamento ma ha un dehors esterno che ti fa godere la frescura serale. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e celere, ci ha colpiti molto positivamente.
Le pizze sono state cucinate in forno a legna e a nostro avviso erano veramente ottime e ben cotte.
Abbiamo speso veramente poco rispetto alla qualità del cibo proposta.
Avremmo voluto tornare per provare il ristorante e non solo la pizza ma il locale chiuderà a fine settembre e noi stavamo ritornando a casa. Peccato.
 A little uncertain given some negative reviews we went to this restaurant located in the Benestare park of Gambassi Terme and Montaione, therefore a cool place despite the summer temperature. The building is dated and needs modernization but has an outside terrace that makes you enjoy the evening coolness. The staff was very kind and quick, it impressed us very positively.
The pizzas were cooked in a wood oven and in our opinion they were really excellent and well cooked.
We spent very little on the quality of the food offered.
We would have liked to come back to try the restaurant and not only the pizza but the restaurant will close in late September and we were returning home. Sin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una piacevole sorpresa. Siamo stati molto bene ieri sera. Tutto pesce e di quello buono e fatto bene. Bravi. Frittura buonissima, verdure fritte comprese. I paccheri al tonno, veramente buoni.... Anche i ravioli alla cernia... Bravi. Torneremo sicuramente.
A pleasant surprise. We had a very good time last night. All fish and good and well done. Well done. Very good frying, including fried vegetables. The paccheri with tuna, really good .... Even the ravioli with grouper ... Good. We will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cenaa!!! Ottimo Ottimo cibo! Presi veramente per la gola e trattati da re. Abbiamo cenato lunedì 20 settembre in questo posto bello e accogliente, accolti e seguiti con grande cura dal proprietario Ciro e dal suo efficientissimo staff. Che dire? Abbiamo preso una pizza “cafona” ( con salsiccia, funghi, melanzane a funghetto e mozzarella e pomodoro) ? In verità LA PIZZAAAAA (sui 9 o 10 euro mi pare)!!! Ragazzi da commozione veramente. Una pizza indimenticabile. Un vero e proprio scorcio di Napoli D.o.c in Toscana. Poi abbiamo preso uno scialatielli alla granseola (16 euro) e siamo rimasti incantati a guardare il piatto in due, prima di gustare questo super primo davvero buono. Poi arriva la Signora Frittura (15 euro) che abbiamo più che apprezzato. Infine chiuso il tutto con babà (sui 5 euro) degno di questo nome. Il tutto annaffiato da un vino rosso della casa davvero valido, con un rummino finale. Poi abbiamo pagato e il conto ci ha sorriso. Abbiamo pagato in due con tutto quel ben di Dio un po’ più di una 50 una di euro. Non si può non andare da Ciro se passate di qua. Le vostre papille gustative vi saranno grati, assicurato!!

Super dinner !!! Great Great Food! Truly taken by the throat and treated like royalty. We had dinner on Monday 20 September in this beautiful and welcoming place, welcomed and looked after with great care by the owner Ciro and his very efficient staff. What to say? Did we have a “cafona” pizza (with sausage, mushrooms, mushroom aubergines and mozzarella and tomato)? In truth THE PIZZAAAAA (about 9 or 10 euros I think) !!! Really moving guys. An unforgettable pizza. A real glimpse of Naples D.o.c in Tuscany. Then we had a scialatielli alla crab (16 euros) and we were delighted to look at the dish in two, before enjoying this really good super first course. Then comes the Lady Frying (15 euros) which we more than appreciated. Finally closed everything with babà (about 5 euros) worthy of the name. All washed down with a really good house red wine, with a final rummino. Then we paid and the bill smiled at us. We paid in two with all that goodness a little more than a 50 euro one. You can not go to Ciro if you pass this way. Your taste buds will be grateful to you, assured !!
