★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably wouldn’t go back here due to the customer service. The woman was so rude. She literally tossed the menu at me after I ordered, such that I had to catch it to prevent it falling on the floor. I ordered the Polpette with aubergine inside the loaf. She hollowed out the bread by scraping the insides out with her bare hands (usually I don’t have a problem with this, but I could imagine everything from underneath her fingernails getting left inside the loaf). She then put the fillings in and then MICROWAVED the whole thing. I don’t care whether I’m having 5 star or street food, I don’t expect it to be microwaved. Then I ate the thing and nearly lost all my teeth. I understand that the bread is supposed to be stale, but rock hard??? Really? I’m gonna have to go back to London just to go to the dentist after this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This man is a legend. He makes his own high quality bread, turns it into a panini stuffed with quality ingredients. The ragu/tomato sauce/melanzane combination is divine. Will definitely be back here when I'm in Napoli

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daaaaaamn good. First hit on Google when I searched for 'Panino Napoli' since I was done with all the sweet pastries for breakfast for 3 days in a row. Also; I absolutely refuse to get an 'English breakfast' when I'm in the food capital of the world. It paid off! Small detour for one of the higher rated Panini takeaway places. Very nice staff who was helpful with explaining the sandwiches and of course very tasty Cuzzetielli
