★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non c'era quello che volevo ma la ragazza (Carola mi sembra) è impazzita per trovare quello che desideravo mantenendo gentilezza e disponibilità. Sono stata poi al negozio di Treviso per ritirare quello che mi avevano recuperato, in cui mi ha "servita" una ragazza altrettanto gentile e disponibile. Insomma una esperienza positiva sia per quanto riguarda le borse sia per il personale!
***modifico la recensione perché a distanza di 4 mesi nonostante io abbia tenuto benissimo le borse una delle due tracolle si è letteralmente strappata sulla cucitura, con tutto quello che costano è proprio inaccettabile!
There was not what I wanted but the girl (Carola seems to me) went crazy to find what I wanted while maintaining kindness and availability. I then went to the Treviso shop to collect what they had recovered from me, where an equally kind and helpful girl "served" me. In short, a positive experience both for the bags and for the staff!
*** I modify the review because after 4 months despite having kept the bags very well one of the two shoulder straps has literally torn on the seam, with everything they cost is just unacceptable!
