Veramente imbarazzante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un mese dall'acquisto di un letto contenitore si spacca il piedino solo spostandolo. Il materasso acquistato dopo aver spiegato che mio marito è bello pesante.. faceva già la conca dopo poche settimane. Dopo un anno si spacca tutta la struttura del letto aprendola. Pessima qualità. Poi non ho avuto tempo di scrivere all'assistenza e l'ho fatto 1 o 2 mesi dopo la rottura. Il risultato è che non è più coperto da garanzia per "uso improprio"... :( Mai più!
After a month from the purchase of a container bed, the foot breaks only by moving it. The mattress purchased after explaining that my husband is pretty heavy .. was already the basin after a few weeks. After a year, the entire bed frame breaks open. Bad quality. Then I didn't have time to write to support and I did it 1 or 2 months after the breakup. The result is that it is no longer covered by the warranty for "misuse" ... :( Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Circa dieci giorni fa, la titolare (o chi mi ha ricevuto ) ha parlato in modo molto spiccio, un po' rapido..e mi ha dato l'impressione che non avesse una predisposizione ad ascoltare le mie esigenze riguardo un acquisto.
.. tantomeno mi lasciava parlare o esprimermi adeguatamente o spiegare certe questioni..."tecniche", collegate alle misure del letto, della rete vecchia o nuova, ecc. (avevo già preso tante misure ed anche precise.)
Ma per essere schietti, niente di ciò che dicevo sembrava andar bene, e mi sono sentito trattato in modo non adeguato.
.. la persona suddetta non è stata tecnicamente chiara , ma ho notato nervosismo e una certa intolleranza ad ascoltare o a trattare. Insistendo più che altro sulle sue rigide convinzioni, che io rispetto, ma senza rendersi conto che avevo anche io qualche utile suggerimento, o informazione tecnica per arrivare meglio alla soluzione.
Voglio dire che bisogna dare ascolto anche al cliente.
Non mi sembrava il modo adatto di trattare ,nè per fare un acquisto, nè il modo per metterci a nostro agio.

But to be blunt, none of what I said seemed to be right, and I felt I was being treated inappropriately.
.. the aforementioned person was not technically clear, but I noticed nervousness and a certain intolerance to listen or to treat. Insisting mostly on his rigid convictions, which I respect, but without realizing that I too had some useful suggestions, or technical information to better arrive at the solution.
I mean that we must also listen to the customer.
It didn't seem the right way to negotiate, nor to make a purchase, nor the way to put ourselves at ease.
