Al primo incontro abbiamo parlato molto degli obiettivi che volevo raggiungere e le modalità più idonee per ottenere il risultato sperato. Mi ha fatta sentire a mio agio anche durante la raccolta dei parametri (peso, misurazione del punto vita, fianchi , polpaccio, polso).
È sempre presente e disponibile. Più che una dieta drastica mi ha insegnato una routine alimentare corretta, ben bilanciata, senza dover rinunciare a nulla. Ovviamente le quantità di alcuni alimenti sono limitate, ma non mi privo del piacere di un cioccolatino ogni tanto.
Doctor Ricci is a very friendly and well-prepared person. At the first meeting we talked a lot about the objectives I wanted to achieve and the most suitable ways to obtain the desired result. It also made me feel comfortable while collecting parameters (weight, waist measurement, hips, calf, wrist).
He is always present and available. More than a crash diet, he taught me a correct, well-balanced diet, without having to give up anything. Obviously the quantities of some foods are limited, but I do not deprive myself of the pleasure of a chocolate every now and then.

Molto attento nel somministrare “diete” ( regimi alimentari anche se per me è più educare ad una corretta alimentazione) compatibili con lo stile di vita e le condizioni di salute dei suoi pazienti

Dr. Ricci is an extremely courteous and helpful nutritional biologist, very thorough in his explanations and very attentive to the patient's needs. Very careful in administering "diets" (dietary regimes even if for me it is more educating to a correct diet) compatible with the lifestyle and health conditions of his patients
All with a smile and a pinch of irony that never hurt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver provato varie diete fai da te senza successo, ho deciso di contattare il dottor Ricci..che dire? Sono felicissima! Il dottore mi ha fatto una dieta personalizzata tenendo conto del mio ipotiroidismo di hashimoto e dopo 5 settimane ho già perso 4,5kg e parecchi centrimetri! Dottore gentile,competente ed empatico ma soprattutto risolutivo.
Lo consiglio vivamente!?
After trying various DIY diets without success, I decided to contact Dr. Ricci .. what can I say? I'm so happy! The doctor made me a personalized diet taking into account my hashimoto hypothyroidism and after 5 weeks I have already lost 4.5kg and several centimeters! Kind, competent and empathetic doctor but above all decisive.
I highly recommend it! ?

My experience with the doctor was great! He is a very competent, understanding, helpful and kind person. He helped and supported me throughout my journey! It taught me to feed myself properly and this has really changed my way of life. I absolutely recommend the experience to anyone who needs help with nutrition.
