★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo andati io e mio marito, sin da subito ci è piaciuto l'approccio al nostro modo di vivere e mangiare, a ciascuno di noi ha dato la dieta adatta alle nostre preferenze e abitudini e abbiamo iniziato...dopo solo 3 settimane mio marito ha perso piedi 5 kg e io ho perso peso e massa grassa proprio nei punti dove volevo realizzare...SIAMO FELICISSIMI e ringraziamo entrambe la Dottoressa Martina perché si può stare in forma e perdere peso mangiando e non rinunciando alle piccole dolci coccole culinarie...affidatevi..GRAZIEEE..
 My husband and I went, right from the start we liked the approach to our way of living and eating, each of us gave the diet that suited our preferences and habits and we started ... after only 3 weeks my husband she lost 5 kg feet and I lost weight and fat mass right where I wanted to achieve ... WE ARE VERY HAPPY and we both thank Dr. Martina because you can stay fit and lose weight by eating and not giving up small sweet culinary pampering .. .trust .. THANK YOU ..
