Questa esperienza e’ durata circa otto mesi in cui sono riuscita a tornare al mio peso forma ideale, senza particolari rinunce. Mi ha indicato una dieta compatibile con i miei gusti e le mie abitudini lavorative. All’inizio la dottoressa mi ha prescritto un piano alimentare molto vario, rivisto ad ogni appuntamento in base ai traguardi raggiunti. Adesso ho imparato ad equilibrare i pasti e a gestire le “eccezioni”, traguardo davvero molto importante per me.
