Mi ha insegnato a mangiare in modo corretto e con il suo piano alimentare non ho mai sentito la fame; inoltre seguire la dieta è facilissimo anche fuori casa. Grazie alla sua dieta, personalizzata in base alle mie abitudini alimentari e al mio stile di vita, ho perso 9 kg in soli 21 giorni!
