S	STUDIO ABITA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia moglie stamane era andata presso la struttura perche' aveva un occhio gonfio. Ha chiesto ad un uomo di mezz'eta', che era alla reception se ci fosse qualcuno che la potesse vedere un attimo, anche a pagamento. Questi ha risposto con maleducazione e arroganza, dicendo che la dott.ssa era imoegnata, che loro chiudono alle 13 e di andare al pronto soccoroso !!!!!! Ma io dico é modo questo ????? Rispetto zero, educazione zero, comprensione zero, ecc ecc . Se eravamo raccomandati da qualche pezzo grosso e come se usciva la visita !!!!! Che delusione !!!!! G	Giuseppe Pandiscia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE, visita per un'operazione fissata a Marzo, si rimanda il tutto ad Ottobre, da ottobre a fine gennaio rimandano per chissá quale motivo l'operazione dopo comunque aver effettuato e pagato le varie visite(tutto questo dimenticandosi ovviamente di avvisare il cliente); a 7 giorni dal fatidico giorno rimandano ancora a tempo indeterminato!! Assolutamente sconsigliata e soprattuto da evitare per operazioni laser! Rivolgetevi ad altre cliniche, di sicuro piú serie. Mi hanno spiegato bene la mia problematica e mi hanno dato anche consigli oltre al tipo di occhiali da vista che dovrò indossare. I	Ivan Asprinio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre ai servizi di base come analisi e visite, ne ha tanti altri MOLTO QUALIFICATI, un buon punto di riferimento in città.Ne ho usufruito per visita specialistica; non posso essere altrettanto positivo nel valutare la cortesia del personale dell'accettazione,non quello al banchetto all'ingresso in clinica, ma quello nella parte nuova per intendersi. Due giorni diversi, due addette diverse, ma..stessa indisponibilità, stesso tono scortese, stessa non curanza, stessa impazienza. Stare a contatto con il pubblico porta a ricevere DA DIVERSE persone la stessa domanda, ma se per voi è la stessa domanda, per ciascuno dei pazienti è la sua domanda. Sbrigarvela con un brusco SEDETEVI E ATTENDETE invece di un educato e rispettoso: "Gentilmente, dovreste attendere", denota un atteggiamento degno della battuta del film "Il Marchese del Grillo": "Io sono io e voi non siete un......" (se non la sapete, su google la trovate perchè è molto famosa). Ma è grazie ai pazienti che la struttura riesce a dare occupazione e benessere economico ai propri dipendenti; ricordatevelo!!!! Una persona splendida dal punto di vista professionale, personale e umano. Ha operato mia madre per una stenosi a livello lombare e adesso può di nuovo camminare senza dolori, formicolii... molto empatico con il paziente e pronto a cercare di risolvere qualsiasi problema e difficoltà. Come oculista consiglio la dr ssa Cassetta, molto gentile e competente, non saccente come tanti colleghi del suo ramo. I underwent eye exams and diagnostic tests with excellent professionals.
