Purtroppo questo non è successo, avevo ed ho abbastanza urgenza. Appena si entra, il personale è molto gentile nel dare le prime informazioni, poi all'accettazione ho parlato con la signora Daniela che è talmente cortese e sensibile che sembra accarezzarti per farti coraggio, invece di trattarti come se fossi un numero senza importanza, a lei va il mio più sentito grazie, anche quando risponde al telefono. Nel reparto di chirurgia, tutto il personale è eccezionale nel prendersi cura dei pazienti. Gli addetti alle pulizie, troppo spesso dimenticati nelle recensioni nonostante il loro lavoro sia molto importante lo svolgono in modo impeccabile. Un ringraziamento speciale al dottor Zanoli e a tutta la sua equipe per aver eseguito l'operazione in modo perfetto. Very well organized clinic. As soon as you enter, the staff is very kind in giving the first information, then at check-in I spoke to Mrs. Daniela who is so courteous and sensitive that she seems to caress you to give you courage, instead of treating you as if you were an unimportant number, to she goes my heartfelt thanks, even when she answers the phone. In the surgery department, all the staff are exceptional in taking care of patients. Cleaners, too often forgotten in reviews despite their very important work, do it flawlessly. Special thanks to Dr. Zanoli and all his team for having performed the operation perfectly.

Personale al telefono scortese che non lasci nemmeno parlare. Non è la prima occasione che ho di rapportarmi con questa struttura e la mia tolleranza è finita..da qui la recensione. Aspetto ancora di parlare con qualcuno dopo 4 telefonate. I give a star because zero is not possible. Con nulla di fatto e nessuna diagnosi pago 55 euro e torno a casa .Vorrei capire, che cosa ho pagato ?. Precedentemente faccio la visita ortopedica con dot Risi , segretaria del quale diceva che i suoi interventi sono convenzionati. Al momento della visita mi vengono questi svariati migliaia di euro. In totale ho parlato 5 min col dottore ,occupato a fare le sue telefonate private. Le lastre le guardava contro la luce di lampadina scarsa della stanza perché lavagna per rx era rotta.. vorrei capire , per che cosa ho pagato 150 euro? Lui non opera in convenzione. Vorrei sapere questi medici dove si specializzano e soprattutto perché prendono in giro le persone che se si prendono su da casa per andar lì non è certo per salutare loro. 45€ per la prescrizione di un antibiotico, di cui 20 per un tampone rapido (ma il prezzo non è di 15€?) Meglio evitare, una diagnosi così sono buona anche io di farla! E non è l’unica esperienza di questo tipo! Il personale super operativo e sempre disponibile con un bel sorriso sul volto. I medici sono stati fantastici, l'operazione ha risolto immediatamente i disagi e grazie alla terapia del dolore non ho mai sentito male. Fantastici! M	Marco Elvis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto bisogno di fare urgentemente una ecografia al collo a mia sorella disabile (disabilità mentale) ci siamo recati nel reparto preposto. Ambulatorio 17 la dottoressa chiede di aiutare la ragazza a spogliarsi, e da subito comincia dicendo che non ci si reca a fare visite con collane al collo, spazientita di dover aspettare appena inizia l'esame chiede a chi accompagna la ragazza di uscire dall'ambulatorio,(le viene fatto presente che con vicino un familiare la ragazza sta più tranquilla, fiato sprecato) (durante l'ecografia si sente la dottoressa che dice :stia ferma,si giri,non si muova....) una volta finito l'esame dice di aspettare la risposta che arriva dopo un pò di tempo. Il giorno successivo dal medico curante , il quale apre la busta e legge che non si è potuto fare l'ecografia perché la paziente non stava ferma. I have never been to this property and I'm sure I will not stay there again.

Per il resto ho trovato (ahimè) personale maleducato e poco incline al contatto con il pubblico. Per una casa di cura privata penso sia il peggior biglietto da visita in assoluto. Per me è un NO. Except only the friendliness of the doctor from whom I went for an exam and the very kind nurse who helped me in the acceptance. For the rest I found (alas) rude staff and little inclined to contact with the public. For a private nursing home I think it's the worst calling card ever. For me it is a NO.
