Accontentare il cliente non è facile, per un semplice motivo, lui (il cliente ) ti porta il pane a casa, ti fa andare avanti, se un solo cliente non è contento, tu, propietario, hai un problema. Non è colpa del cliente che trova un negozio caotico, che ha prezzi alti , che vende prodotti senza qualità, insomma bisogna capire che il cliente spende soldi e che deve essere felice di averli spesi. Se questo non avviene il cliente non torna e se si perde un cliente (poi di questi tempi) diventa un problema. Con il risco di ripetermi, vale il prodotto che si offre, il lavoro che si fa, la gentilezza e tante volte anche la pazienza, non il numero di stelle in rete. 1: Mi piaceva questo posto, abbastanza fornito e carino. Sono stata qualche settimana fa, ho trovato un casino. Poca scelta, le piante già andate, ho acquistato qualcuna ma, non credo che avranno vita lunga. Sanno consigliare come curare al meglio le proprie piante o il terriccio adatto alle piante acquistate. Consiglio anche una semplice passeggiata tra i profumi e i colori delle loro piante, sarà per voi irresistibile andarvene senza portarvi un po’ di natura che arricchisca la vostra casa .
