Carismatica (riesce a farti fare tutti gli esercizi anche quelli più intensi?...con il sorriso), oltre a frequentare i suoi corsi di pilates in presenza e on-line ho il piacere di averla come personal trainer con ottimi (ho importanti problemi alla colonna vertebrale).

Excellent professional, highly competent (controls every movement and "breath"). Charismatic (she manages to make you do all the exercises even the most intense ones? ... with a smile), in addition to attending her Pilates courses face-to-face and online I am pleased to have her as a personal trainer with excellent (I have important problems to the spine).

A prescindere dagli indubbi benefici psicofisici che questa disciplina possa apportare a chiunque la eserciti, la professionalità di Nuria è stato un fattore più che determinante per convincermi a proseguire nel mio percorso. La sua preparazione atletica, le competenze in ambito anatomico, la sua costante ricerca di aggiornamento, il forte senso di osservazione degli allievi e di comprensione delle problematiche posturali e fisiche che possono caratterizzarli, fanno da lei una professionista ineccepibile. Completano il suo profilo doti (da non sottovalutare!) didattiche e comunicative impagabili e un senso di empatia e una simpatia contagiosa che ho riscontrato molto raramente in altri docenti. È davvero un piacere essere una sua allieva e spero di contribuire a darle le soddisfazioni che merita!
I had the pleasure of starting my Pilates practice with Nuria a few years ago and have never stopped since. Regardless of the undoubted psychophysical benefits that this discipline can bring to anyone who exercises it, Nuria's professionalism was a more than determining factor in convincing me to continue on my path. Her athletic training, her anatomical skills, her constant research of updating, the strong sense of observation of the students and understanding of the postural and physical problems that can characterize them, make her an impeccable professional. His profile is completed by priceless teaching and communication skills (not to be underestimated!) And a sense of empathy and a contagious sympathy that I have found very rarely in other teachers. It is really a pleasure to be one of her students and I hope to help give her the satisfaction she deserves!
