È dotata di tutte le più moderne tecniche costruttive per la sicurezza ed il perfetto svolgimento delle attività didattiche. Il prestigio del Pacinotti potrà sempre di più migliorarsi nel nuovo edificio. Unica pecca il colore non pienamente adattabile al paesaggio circostante delle pareti esterne della struttura. Nel mese di febbraio si apre il ristorante didattico che offre piatti eccellenti e servizi ottimi
