c	claudiojay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono legato a questo cinema come se fosse qualcosa di raro ed estremamente prezioso. il corallo è infatti uno dei pochi ricordi che mantengo del tempo che è stato, e che mai più tornerà. ci sono tante cose che, del corallo, potrebbero essere migliorate: c'è poca distanza da fila a fila, sulle poltrone non si sta più comodi come in passato. tuttavia, quella sensazione, ogniqualvolta vi faccio ritorno, che il tempo in questo cinema non sia mai passato...per me è davvero impagabile. nonostante tutti i difetti. nonostante l'inevitabile mutare delle cose. Mi dispiace non vedere molti film in 3D e che ci sia solo una sala ma comunque essendo l'unico cinema a Barcellona va benissimo. A reality of Barcellonian life for decades. Dopo la chiusura del Maya, di decenni e decessi fa, questo è rimasto come cimelio monopolizzante delle proiezioni cinematografiche a Barcellona. Unica sala, i servizi hanno tentato con il tempo di modernizzarsi con scarsi risultati. Il personale è cortese (conduzione familiare), ma non basta. I film particolarmente attesi ricevono anche il sold out, ma è raro. Le persone preferiscono spostarsi spesso nella vicina Patti (ottimo il cinema Joppolo) o a Messina al Multisala. Un cinema è meglio che nessuno ma quando viene messo al confronto con qualsiasi altro cinema si vede il perché il Corallo è sempre meno frequentato e finisce l'ultimo della gara. Il suo unico vantaggio è la nostalgia. Per il resto, le poltrone sono scomode perché troppo vicine e le luci di emergenza sempre accese in sala possono dare fastidio. L'audio è buono ma non ho ancora trovato un cinema in cui non lo sia. I prezzi sono nella media, un biglietto costa 7 euro. La cosa che personalmente mi da più fastidio è il fatto che i titoli di coda vengono sempre tagliati. Più volte sono stato qui e sono sempre uscito col rimpianto di esserci venuto per questo motivo.Mi è sempre piaciuto riflettere e parlare del film in sala alla fine, ascoltando la musica e guardando i titoli di coda. Qui questa esperienza viene sempre resa impossibile, i titoli di coda vengono tagliati via e solo dopo viene qualcuno in sala a controllare se ci sono ancora persone, mettendoti fretta di andare via. Questo specifico comportamento mi è incomprensibile. Siamo in un cinema con una sola sala, nessun altro impegno dopo l'ultimo spettacolo e i titoli di coda vengono tagliati mostrando scarso interesse e rispetto per il film. Ammetto che questo è un gusto personale e che è per molti altri insignificante ma mostra comunque il trend e l'atmosfera della sala. Questo è evidentemente il cinema che la città vuole e merita. Tuttavia i posti a sedere sono molto molto scomodi, le file di sedili sono troppo vicine e quindi vedere film molto lunghi è una vera e propria sofferenza. Inoltre la pulizia lascia a desiderare...
