La scarsa qualità della cucina è quasi disarmante.
Ho ordinato una tagliata e mi è stato servito un pezzo di carne che dall'aspetto sembrava essere stato bollito, il gusto era pessimo (sembrava quasi carne andata avanti) e la carne era fredda, fredda??? Quindi sicuramente non fresca...
Nonostante abbia preso solo un secondo ho visto molti commensali non finire primi, questo mi fa presumere che dovrebbero accettare il consiglio di cambiare cuoco o tipo di cucina.

The poor quality of the kitchen is almost disarming.
I ordered one and I cut a piece of meat that was served by the looks of being boiled, the taste was bad (looked almost back spoiled meat) and the meat was cold, cold ??? So definitely not fresh ...
Although he took only a second I saw many diners do not finish first, this makes me assume that they should take the advice of changing chef and cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente perfetto, un luogo accogliente e tranquillo , informale ma ben curato nei dettagli. Nei piatti proposti c'è tutto l'amore e l'esperienza di chi sa fare questo lavoro. Grazie a Max e Anna e a tutto lo staff che ci hanno coccolati con gentilezza ?
Simply perfect, a welcoming and quiet place, informal but well cared for in detail. In the dishes proposed there is all the love and experience of those who know how to do this job. Thanks to Max and Anna and all the staff who pampered us with kindness ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella in quanto sono stufa di spendere cifre esagerate per cene mediocri. Sono stata al circolo per una cena di laurea. Il posto è particolare, ma comunque molto informale (e ci sta). Ci vengono serviti un antipasto con carne cruda e un primo di agnolotti al plin (non particolarmente gustosi, secondo me, e non abbondanti) con del vino sfuso. Prezzo totale 25 euro a persona. Purtroppo mangiare nel centro di Asti è sempre più costoso.
Risposta alla sua risposta: Se guarda meglio tra le mie altre recensioni trova anche ristoranti stellati in cui ho speso ahimé altro che 25 euro, e ho dato 5 stelle. Quindi no, tirchia no dai

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un posto unico nel suo genere c’è un po’ di Massimo (chef) in ogni angolo del circolo... bravo hai espresso il meglio di te in ogni piatto se ho preso due piatti di ravioli con funghi e fonduta al ragù bianco di salsiccia vuol dire che erano veramente ottimi senza nulla togliere agli altri piatti!!! Bravo Max e si vede che sei circondato da un ottimo team perché anche in sala tutto viaggia a gonfie vele... keep your hard work!!!
A unique place of its kind there is a bit of Massimo (chef) in every corner of the club ... good you expressed the best of you in every dish if I took two dishes of ravioli with mushrooms and fondue with white ragù di sausage means that they were really excellent without detracting from the other dishes !!! Bravo Max and you can see that you are surrounded by an excellent team because even in the dining room everything travels at full speed ... keep your hard work !!!
