L’incaricato si presenta a casa il giorno stabilito, ma senza teli per avvolgere l’armadio ed effettuare il lavoro concordato in largo anticipo, pertanto é costretto ad uscire per poi ritornare con il materiale necessario ed in 20 minuti conclude il lavoro. Dopo neanche 2gg il problema si ripresenta, provo a scrivere per avere chiarimenti ben 2 mail a cui nessuno ha mai risposto. Imperterrito provo a telefonare e mi dicono che é possibile che il trattamento non abbia funzionato, ma che mi offrono un secondo tentativo scontato del ben 10%, ovviamente non accetto e mi rispondono che mi avrebbero richiamato per trovare una soluzione, ma sono passati ben 2gg e sono ancora in attesa di questa fantomatica telefonata. In attesa, inserisco la recensione che modificherò se e quando ci sarà un aggiornamento positivo. Aggiornamento: mi hanno rifatto la disinfestazione facendomi pagare solo il prodotto e il problema sembra risolto. Quindi modifico la mia recensione e il punteggio. Treat them to € 160. Mi presento nel posto dopo mezz'ora di attesa li chiamo e mi dicono che l intervento avverrà fra le 10 e mezzogiorno. Quindi non più alle 10....Dopo aver perso mezza giornata di lavoro mi sembra veramente scorretto. Ma questo è il meno. Prendo un altro appuntamento per il lunedì, la signorina sara mi dice che per le ore 12.00 saranno sul posto a fare l intervento. Nuovamente mi presento.... Aspettata la mezz'ora lì richiamo perché nessuno si è presentato. Ora ditemi.... Si può affidare una disinfestazione a persone che per due volte ti fanno prendere la giornata libera e non si presentano? Oltretutto al telefono ti negano tutto cadendo dal pero? Io non ho parole.
