★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima struttura. Consigliano prodotti scadenti, forse per liberarsi di residui di magazzino. Hanno sbagliato a montare una tettoia non facendo riportare l'angolo del terrazzo per cui adesso non riesco a mettere le tende, anche se loro sapevano di questa necessità. Dopo che è intervenuto un avvocato sono riuscito a farmi modificare il materiale e mi hanno fatto una vera "porcata", mi hanno "rubato" un motore di un finestrone perchè per colpa loro era rimasto aperto alle intemperie e si era rovinato; essendo in garanzia l'hanno portato via e dopo 2 anni lo sto ancora aspettando. Assolutamente da sconsigliare, anche considerando i prezzi al di sopra della media, ma senza riscontro. il voto dovrebbe essere sotto zero. Altra scorrettezza dicono un sacco di bugie, spesso anche contro l'evidenza: assolutamente inaffidabili sia sul piano umano che professionale.
Bad structure. Recommend shoddy products, perhaps to get rid of stock residues. They were wrong to put up a roof by not bringing back the corner of the terrace so now I can't put up the curtains, even though they knew about this need. After a lawyer intervened I was able to get the material changed and they made me a real "filth", they "stole" an engine from a window because it was their fault that it was left open to the elements and ruined; being under warranty they took it away and after 2 years I'm still waiting for it. Absolutely not recommended, even considering the above average prices, but without feedback. the vote should be below zero. Another misconduct they say a lot of lies, often even against the evidence: absolutely unreliable both on a human and professional level.
